Prowork nanny & childcare agency in Warsaw has a large and constantly updated database of candidates. All the candidates have several years of childcare experience proved by written references. They can also speak English or other foreign language. Each recruitment of a nanny is carried out with our personal approach and engagement.
We aim at providing services of the highest standard. We guarantee candidates’ reference verification, assessment of the candidates’ level of a language and translation of the documents. Moreover, each candidate is personally interviewed at our office in Warsaw. Our candidates are nonsmokers and have several years of childcare experience as a nanny, babysitter, au pair or governess working both in Poland and abroad.
Our recruitment process is as follow:
STAGE 1 understanding your needs
Once we receive your Recruitment order, we discuss the offer details. Prowork agency works on a matching basis. Our priority is to present you only the candidates who meet your criteria and have the right personality and attitude to be a childcarer. We do our best to present you a shortlist of selected candidates usually within 1-2 weeks; however, it can take longer depending on vacancy details.
STAGE 2 matching nannies & families
We send you a shortlist of selected candidates with their full application including CV, references, photos and agency interview notes. You can interview selected candidates over the phone, via skype or in person. We help set up these interviews and assist you in the whole matching process.
Prowork will provide you with the complete files of the accepted person including diplomas, medical certificate and a clear state of criminal record (if required). All the documents are verified and translated into English.
STAGE 3 contract
Once the successful candidate is accepted by both sides (the family and the nanny) the details of contract are discussed; Prowork consultants will help you draft a work agreement.
Although we do not offer employment services, we can advise you on the best options for employment of your nanny: employment contract, self-employment or via temporary employment agency(outsourcing and payroll services). Please note that the contract conditions need to be compliant with the existing law in a given country.
STAGE 4 follow up and guarantee
Once your new nanny /other employee starts the work, we contact both family and our nannies / governesses to assess the working relationship. We offer post-placement support so whatever your concerns, we will be here to help you. We are happy to share with you our many years’ experience in international childcare and culture differences.
We guarantee special support for expat families in Warsaw. Our bilingual nannies are recruited to fit your needs. We take all the efforts to recruit for you the best matched nanny or other employee. However, in case the placement is not successful for any reason, we are happy to offer you a six-month replacement guarantee. If needed, we will assist you in selecting a new employee within few days or possible shortest period of time.
